Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

8.4 miles pretty slow. Was really looking forward to this early morning run, clear skys, crispy morning, so decided to "off road Baz". Only problem bridleways and footpaths were too muddy. Was slipping all over, just not fun :( bring on the spring I say dry footpaths!!!
Suppose I could buy some trail shoes instead :)

BRILLIANT, 11.5 miles with Char. Her longest ever. She's very chuffed with herself (she's got sore knees now though).

Can't wait for the big day... :-)

9.3 miles in 59:45. Legs were still aching from Fridays effort and I managed a faster pace than then.

I must remember to look after the knee, with that being mty 2nd run after injury, even tho it feels pretty flippin' good at the moment

9.1 mile long run as last week. Legs felt so tired I contemplated stopping at 7.5 miles, but added on a final loop. Glad I did it now :-)

16.2 miles in 2hrs 28 mins. Set out in the rain and wind and felt rather underdressed for the weather conditions but eventually warmed up.
