Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Any hills? Thought not. You can knock 2 miles off for lack of effort.

not bad- 12 miles in 2:05. would have liekd to have maintained at 10:00 min pace, but 10:21 is still quicker than I did GER in. Headwind on return leg didn't help matters at all.

My run...well I would just like to thank all you people on this site for all the fantastic support and encouragement you give. Today I ran 17.11 miles in 2:45 and I am just on such a high! This time last year 2 miles seemed a long way and now look at me! In fact 2/3 of the way I felt quite emotional as I was just so amazed at what I had acheived and thought just how I will feel on 22nd April ( I'm a bit weird like that). 2 days off now in luxury with lovely OH at a country hotel - my late valentine treat!
:)

thanks xx
