Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

1st week of marathon training. Every Mon and Wed is a little 3 miler. Very short and dull but hope will fit into the scheme of things when mileage gets higher...

6 miles slow and easy. Ran into a man on a bike (literally) and said a very naughty word to him :(

Good run. Went longer than usual for a weekday. 8.8m at 8:15 pace. That was recovery heart rate as well, so seemingly getting a little bit quicker already.

Three commons run. Lovely out there

Club night run. 7.5 miles 9 min/m HR 156 - easy paced run. Though chilly. Ends of fingers went numb, even with gloves.
