I did 4 miles but not as slowly as I wanted. I didn't take music in an effort to go slower but it didn't work completely. Still can't keep my HR down though was better.

I had a good one - did intervals on the quite back streets just off my road - there are three roads, two of which are crescents, which interconnect in various ways and the bizarre thing was that there were three police cars all driving around these little roads which made me feel like they were after me! Then after about 20 minutes, one put on its siren and they all sped off - very strange...

I wouldn't have thought it possible, but today was even worse. I'm seriously crying about it. I threw up this time too. What's going on?
I've lost all my ability. How the hell I'll manage a 10k on Sunday I just don't know.

I was virtually running backwards!
I got a stitch that seemed to sieze my whole torso and my legs were like jelly. Maybe I'm a bit poorly or something. I dunno *sighs glumly*
