But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Crap, 8 slow miles with my right leg feeling like it can't be arsed to run. Pain in my shin , calf, knee, thigh, buttock, and lower back all down the right side. Oh the joys of running:(:(

One of those 'grind it out' runs - cut short - but still good miles in the bank.
