Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

JJ, take it easy with the leg. There will always be another race mate...

I got a twinge from my calf last night and now it's as tight as a bowstring. I'm not running at all today. Will do only 20 mins tomorrow. Have a fell race Sunday so need to be careful...

Day off today. I was going to go for 6 miles at lunchtime, but a lunch has mysteriously appeared in my diary, so can't :-(

LOL!

Guess it's fine though, as I have a 5K race tomorrow morning, so need a full recovery day, as per Parker :-)

Track Session today...didn't put too much effort in as I am racing on Sunday - however if I did put some effort in, I would have been flying today!! It does get easier folks!! :-)

Rest day for me!

Pud hope you go well on Sunday.... keep it steady and calm for the first few km and see what's left for the rest. You may be pleasantly suprised!

6M pace became 3M easy and then home. Still have remnants of the cold and feel rough. Terrible start to the marathon training. 13M last week, 6 so far this week. Still 14 clear week after this one though.
