Chilly @ 5 deg C but a clear night with a v gentle breeze. Prom to Marina, dock boundary and then up the beach to Blundellsands, where I did a yooey bac to the baths and then on a rather lumpy beach back to base. 66 min., give or take, |

Sounds promising riggys99 I can see your run before my eyes swittle ![]() I went for a real run today, I have become a bit lazy with all the treadmill running. I don’t really believe the effect of it yet, and the benefits at the same “effort” So off to the tracks I went. But with all the stress mid work day and meetings and so on, I just kinda went for it with a loose understanding of a 10x400m, but when the watch buzzed “gooo” after the warm up, I had no idea of what pace I should aim for, so I just went, and it was way to fast, 3:09 or something. I think I also looked at the wrong numbers on that particular screen too, cus I didn’t really notice it until I burnt out after 4 reps or so. Well i regrouped and did the rest of the hour in half long 2km intervals @4min pace instead. So all in all, I got some speedy training in. Really nice weather, -1° C, but sun and not to much wind, could’ve used short pants for sure. Better outcome next time. |

Another 4 quite indifferent trail miles with my dog. It's cross country and cyclo cross season and one has priority. This means I do no hard running outside of events and very few running events. Saturday will be interesting. |

Open ended. I paced it for a maximum of 15 miles and my end point came at 9.7 miles.

Thanks, Bowman 🇸🇪 Words often come to mind while I run, so it's an easy job to commit them to a post. I'm now having a sit down, exhausted after reading about your speed session! ![]() |

Yoga before bed this morning, strength work when I got up in the afternoon and a nice 5 miles this evening before work. Alternating 0.4K faster (10k to 1/2 marathon pace) with 0.4K slow.

Once my legs warmed up I had a nice 5 mile run. I’m definitely feeling stronger and can run (well jog) up the hill for longer within my HR levels
