Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Tricky run in thick fog tonight, overlayered as usual but got better as the run went on

Had a short 50-min trail trot again, in NB More Trail v1. Dusk was approaching, but the temp was still marginally above zero. The ground is not cold yet, so no grip issues.

Nice day training and sleeping. Wednesday was last night shift till Sunday night so dog walk then yoga then bed. Up in the afternoon did some strength work. After tea a lovely 9 mile run. One of those were it’s cold and foggy outside and the sofa and TV seem a better idea but once you out and running your glad you did. Very Misty in some places with poor visibility.

Well done, riggys99 and every runner who resisted taking up the remote, a drink or a sandwich and got out for some miles/kms! :)

The forecast 5 deg C felt colder in a robust SE breeze - which wasn't doing a great job in clearing the mist from the channel into the port. Not enough for foghorns, however. Good going by lakes & trails, free of surface water, past the docks and urged along the beach by a following wind! 66 min.
