Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm starting a HH plan with six runs a week bit each week I'm subbing one of the two short ones (3-5M) for eliptical or bike in the gym. Did that today and it felt way too easy. I think it will work better/be more beneficial when the weekly mileage gets higher and my legs are tired from the 5 other runs in the week.

Run was a bit sore - 4th day running in a row, legs starting to twinge a bit (intervals and on the treddie right enough) - think I might need a shorter run or day off tomorrow (but off to a party in the evening, so will need the extra cals, therefore short run probably in order). Good to be back in the discipline of 5 weekly runs.

Good, good. 32 minutes - 7 minutes more than last run, and easy 10 min/mile. Still on the mend. Bit of a twinge in my knee, but will rest tomorrow and see what Friday brings. Legs aching as not used to exercise. Looking forward to run outdoors on Friday, as I will be off work yipee !

if the program you follow says run then run otherwise you are not following the program.
Every run in a program has a purpose.

Following o from Gobis post, plan said 3 so 3 mile sit was, not so cold today. Bit fast, as usual, but resisted temptation to do nother 3, back home for first weights session (in the plan!).
