My run was blooming uncomfortable, went at lunchtime with a colleague, full of shoppers and was very tired after yesterdays weights session in the morning, and faster run at night
Good on your mention coffeeman, (enjoyed reading your blog!)

Good run in the forest a lunchtime. 6.5M.
Off to Philly tomorow for 10 days. Via Manchester after fog cancellations and a lot of frantic phonecalls. All my good work explaining to the Yanks that London is not permanently shrouded in a Hound-of-the-Baskervilles cloud of fog has been undone in a few days ;o)

15.4 miles, mainly in the hills overlooking the Carneaddau - a very peaceful run (hardly any traffic) with fantastic views, though slightly slippy under foot in sections.

rest month? rest year? whats up, injury? If the fog clears enough to see further from the end of ones nose, the trees are truly beautiful today with their little coats of frost, i cycled to work as well and even i had a little layer of frost.
i really enjoyed my gentle 4 miles at lunchtime, partly as i skirted the edge of the town and there were cars queueing and people staggering about with loaded shopping bags and I was so glad i was having a lovely relaxing time looking at the trees when I could see them.
