Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

4 miles, slightly quicker than planned because I was having too much fun playing with the breeze to go slow :)

I've got a Zipka too - I like the fact that you can wrap it around bike handlebars as well as using it on your head!

Nice run at lunch time in the forest. We're still plagued by not knowing the distance and thus getting very fast average paces for what seems like quite easy running. Brought the Garmin along to solve it today - turned it on and the battery died instantly. Doh!

Too well Katie, did 11.5 miles with club on Sunday (got a bit carried away) and 4 X 1200 last night all at sub 4.52 which isnt far off usual pace. How about you? Yeah it seems like ages ago now. Not got a London place and am still searching for that sub 3:30...

I'm doing OK :) 400m reps at 5K pace last night in horrible conditions, but nothing longer than an hour yet. I'm following Hal Higdon's recovery plan halhigdon.com which takes it quite easy, but I feel fine.
