First intervals session in too long. Dark, wet, windy, not as fast as I'd like and not very many of them. But still...intervals

Well done, JB. The first 20 is a bit like booking a blind date with Miss Marathon. Now you think you know what might be coming, but you never really know what surprises, good or bad, may come on the night!
4 miles on a muddy Ridgeway for me today b4 a 17 tomorrow. A bloody dog chased mine off and it got lost for 10 minutes AND I missed when I tried to kick him up the arse when he re-appeared!

I feel like a complete pillock! Headed out for my clud session this evening & cyled straight to the meeting place as I didn't have time to go to the clubhouse beforehand. No-one was there so I cycled around a bit, confused. After 5 mins or so I decided to cycle in the direction of the clubhouse, so I'd meet the first runners as they were jogging to the meeting place to warm up. Still no sign of anyone....
THEN I realised it's the 2nd tuesday of the month, so the session was being held a few miles away! By that time it was too late to meet them as by the time I arrived the session would be finished, so I cycled home dejectedly.
Why do arrangements have to be so complicated? It's hard remembering which day of the month it is...
