...lucky you running in brighton .....fab place mikuro . I had a nic sunny one ...but had to play "Dodge the drunk " ...wasnt sure which way to go round him as he was all over the shop ....I could smell the special brew 1k away though ....so i had some warning ....(poor guy ! )

It is a great place to run. Alas I am moving away in Jan, so no more seafront jaunts till the Sussex Beacon in Feb! Oh dear, drunks?! At this time of day??! I hope you gave him a wide berth...!

An enjoyable but tiring day today.
Ran 6 miles to collect baton from NGL this morning and did my 200m intervals tonight: knackering
Runing to Sheff tomorrow with the baton to deliver it to Cavey.
