Tarange, you should have kicked the little bugger over a hedge!
I very nearly had a tendon nipped with a horrible little jack russel - owner said "I don't know how I can stop him doing that"
I thought: "well, muzzles and leads work well"

Well done Boba,Sioux and Tarange (I agree, kick the dog) I've just done hill reps - very short, very intense and for a total of less than 4 minutes hard running I feel more shattered than after a 2 hour LSR.It's flippin windy out there again too. Big hugs for the girls and big back-slaps for all the guys who raced today. And big woolly socks for those who marshalled

well done you lot, especially you Ian, you must need a rest for a day or 2 now. my first substantial run for 2 weeks, very painful knee still hurting now so determined was i not to walk ( trying to practice not walking in races even if uncomfortable) I pushed on, hope i havent done permanent damage. wore husbands knee support, felt like i was running in wellies.took me the same length of time to do 13 miles as it should have done 15. and i left my watch at home today in an attempt to do long run slower, made it much more relaxing ( except for the pain)

Thanks RT.
I'm resting tomorrow and doing a mini taper in prep for my 10K race next Sunday.
Sounds like you need to take it easy too. Be careful with that knee!
Some great achievements on here today, well done everyone.
