Really sad. Ran with my friend for the very last time. She flies out to Bangkok on Monday, first stop on her way to a new life in New Zealand.

We have been through so much over the last three years, particularly after the tragic death of her son just over a year ago. Running has been what kept her going - hope she finds a new running partner out there.

Gutted.
