Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Theres only 2 Fetchie Nellers
12 miles. 9 easy then the last 3 picking the pace up gradually to half marathon pace (more or less). Felt fine, actually, which is a surprise with the amount of food I've eaten over the last week or so.

First decent long run for three weeks due to time restraints and feeling a bit under the weather. Took a chance to continue where I left off with my mileage. Felt a bit hard going and then weighed myself before showering to discover that I had put on half a stone since Christmas.

Great run today at Kingsbury Water Park Parkrun - my first parkrun and it was great ! Can't wait to do another, although may be a while before I get the chance due to working mad shifts. I feel a Parkrun addiction coming on :D

Can't work it out. Yesterday I was rubbish with legs full of lead. Today it felt fantastic. Fleet footed and bouncy. Eight hill reps and could have completed loads more had no more time.

4 miles of FARTLEK. I still don't understand what fartlek is except I feel like I am a beginner again, walking a bit, jogging some, and sprinting if I feel like it….

I gotta look up what the benefits are….

I did notice my heart rate was in a better level. 4.1
