Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

todays run was mostly cracking, first round a local park, then along the foreshore, watching bodyboarders going into the surf, a dead blowfish washed up and someone swimming in the sea. Pretty good considering it is the middle of winter here (WA). Weather just about perfect.

wee 40 minute "easy" run today, around Elgin, through some forest or other, completely lost and found friendly jogger to point me back to town. Loving our new home!

After four days on the bench, a 'hilly' 4-miler yesterday and a recovery 4-miler today means I'm a very happy runner :-)

Relatives of mine live in a tiny village outside Elgin Trigirl; I was probably running on those very trails 4 weeks ago. It's beautiful around there isn't it?

Lovely, Squirrel; where are your folks? Still finding my way around the running trails but quite fancy Lossie on the cycle path. I'm going North tomorrow for a week but I'll be exploring more when I get back.

Miltonduff, Tri Girl; also have family in Alves and Forres. I did Lossie on the cycle path - v flat and quick. Findhorn's nice to cycle to and visit. Mostly we went out all day and did big loops or took our bikes in the car if we were doing remote MTBing. I cycled to Lossie in order to swim in the sea. I was the only one in when I did it! It's all bloody lovely around there!
