bloody lovely - woodland trail run I've not done before, I'd estimate I ran about 2.5 miles of what was on offer but I was too chicken to get properly lost so will go back and add new bits on until I can piece it all together. It looks like it could extend into a really nice 9-miler so that's something to aim for.
runkeeper was excellent today, informed me I had a personal best as I had run two minute miles - can't see why anyone would bother with a garmin when I-phone apps are so reliable . . .

Same with mine too, nike plus running app is perfect and Paula radicliff comes on to say I had recorded a new PB for the 10k last Tuesday

small 3 miler along canal with me little dog all going well until i drive home and walk in and realize I've left dog back in car park!!!! BIG panic leg it back there and find him looking like a lost soul with no friends!!! panic over
