Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Frankly hard work - bloody windy out there today! 6.5 miles achieved at about the right pace, but it felt further!

Lovely 6.4 miles along the river on the trails. Managed to dodge the downpours too.

Long run (yesterday) at the end of week 2 (of 16) marathon prep.
High point. finding a public toilet in Alassio, a perfect 8k from home-based
Low point: entering it on a Sunday morning (I shall say no more as it would put you off your cornflakes)

Next time I will pee my pants. It will be considerably less disgusting.

After thinking my running was over for a while, very happy to record another 5 miles today. Love the NB 890 v2s always make me feel lightfooted. :)

Gentle 4.3 mile run after a two week case of the lurgy. The enforced rest also appears to have sorted out my calf issues too (fingers crossed anyway).

Kiboshed. Again. Half an hour kicking my computer into action, a colleague who didn't fancy doing his share of the dogsbody work and house calls, and phut, my run was gone.

Rather good. Plan said 5 miles but I was dozy and full of hay-fever, so decided to do 4, and then 3. Once out the door, I decided to do 4 and then was really enjoying my new playlist, so went for the 5 anyway. Quite fast for me too.
