Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Didn't run today - just walked. Did some orienteering yesterday and slid down the side of a mountain on my back and bum - not nice! Feeling a bit worse for wear today.

6* and breezy; 6 miles. Did not want to get up for this and looked for all sorts of niggles to avoid it but enjoyed it a lot when I got out. New shoes were a treat

Gobi why can I hear your maniacal laugh from here?

4 miles with no knee pain - get in there! Felt the quads and hamstrings tightening up some in the last half mile but it was just tightness that went away with stretching afterwards and the knee didn't ache. No bad feelings now.

NIce run - did half off the road which my joints certainly appreciated. Why do new shoes always cause twinges even when they are the same style - ouch!
