Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No run, but I went to the gym for a personal training session. We did flexibility and core strength work, and after an hour of that I am in pieces :-)

Not strictly today but last night, Went for run last night and am so annoyed, as I ran past a bus stop I seen a group of kids and one of them got pushed to the ground so I stops to ask if he is ok as it appeared he was getting picked on he gets up smirking and starts taking the mikey so I thought fine called him idiot (or something similar and kept going, this was only a couple of minutes from my turnaround point.

So on the way back they are still there, I considred running in the road but thought why should I, as a drew level one of them steps right out in front of me but with his back to me so I had no option but to collide with him. It took all my good sense and effort to just keep going I really wanted to stop.

Just shows what you get these days for trying to be a good samaritan.

Probably start doing more AM runs now.
