Club president's 70th birthday run. 18 club mates, 11miles, 2000ft climb, wall to wall sunshine. One of the highlights of the year! :-)

Hour and a half fell run up Pin Haw above Lothersdale. Stunning views over to the Lakeland fells, Pendle and Three Peaks country :-)

I really had to pee- really,really pee. But I was in the gym on a treadmill. Why are there no convenient bushes near treadmills?
