Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hard 13 - 1:31:59. Not bad but was hoping for sub 1:30. Finished okay but legs tight now. Saw a jay and a buzzard.

8.5 off-road with my pal, stopping towards the end to play with a malamute puppy for a few mins. Lovely.

Cool. 6m tempo at dusk- light winds, big moon and clouds looking like nebulae through the Hubble.

Nearly 10 miles with some really bloody sore bits, got some really nasty bruises climbing over 30 horse jumps at the Muddy races steeplechase yesterday.

Proper, industrial-strength CBA tonight. It's getting late now.

Morning: light :-)

Evening: bumped into a guy from the club a mile from home so did the rest of the run with him.

Pretty good day I'd say, almost as good as the time I saw a real fox then my favourite member of the local athletics club (fox #2) within 4 miles.

Blasted myself out of bed having fallen victim to last night's CBA (motivational Facebook post from Nellers notwithstanding). 6 miles. Hard, fast and splashy. Bit of a grind.
