Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

First proper hill work session for years tonight, along the not aptly named Galloping Glen, I definitely wasn't galloping at any point :-)

Comfortable 8.37 miles.

Not a nice start as a squirrel darted across the road just ahead of me and got killed by a car :(
Poor thing.

Absolutely fab I went out with my pal who started running last year then life got in the way. This week she decided it was time to try again so off we went. Nice & steady run/walk. I love that she's back out & that she enjoyed it :)

Good 4.5 miles, nice & cool - bit of drizzle coming back was a nice touch.

A curate's egg. Arrived late for an off-piste run, the main crowd had gone, found a couple more late runners, and we bimbled round having a bit of a chat. Probably didn't put in the effort the rest of the group did, but had a lovely walk in the evening sun punctuated by some hill climbs.

Yasso 800s - pacing a bit wobbly but otherwise fine.

Sun was out too :-)

4 and a bit easy miles. Pretty quick for the HR. Pleased with that.
