oh dear Toks, hope your OK.
A nice gentle 4 miles today. Made even better by seeing 2 lovely white horses being ridden along the path

A nice 3.12 mile route around where I used to live. Haven't done this particular route in a while. All the training is clearly paying off!!

A struggle to get going, though ok once actually out on the hills, but felt slow and lacking in interest today, cracking views from the tops to other hills wrapped in cloud.

Same here- took me ages to get out the door today. Glad it's in the bag, however.
Slow 20M- first half dry, then lashed it down.

A sluggish 8 miles with strides last night - only sluggish because I've been eating and drinking rather lavishly during the kids' school holiday. Time to knuckle down methinks!

Tempo 6.5 miles last night @ 6:57 pace.
My coach really wanted to try a new running technique, therefore I adopted the posture (which took a few miles to get used too and felt uncomfortable at first), however I seemed to had rolled along effortlessly; especially on the climbs.
I aim to persivere with the technique on today's run, which will be a steady 4 miles. Running is going well at the moment.
