Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Brigdwater Half today ......................interesting mix of forefoot landing for the first 6 miles then a hotch potch of heel striking thrown in the more tired I became. Never mind I have a long way to, just not too sure what will happen in next years TP100 in March ??

Any how enjoyable !!

7.68 mile LSD training run. Found it a bit difficult after a week of man flu but after a weeks rest and a Parkrun yesterday, it was nothing I didn't expect.
Just seven weeks to my first half marathon.

4.2 miles @ 6:54 pace

Never really got into the run - instead felt it was too fast - but I felt relaxed on the downhills which was the run's focus.

This warrants an easy 5 miles tomorrow.

Nice steady pace round a decent local route, most crops harvested so easy going on the whole of the route, apart from one fallen tree. Beautiful sunset over the hills, lighting up the hill where I live and the crops on it that aren't in yet, stunning :-)
