Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

12 miles, nice and easy pace. Bit too warm for me but enjoyed the run.

Another 8 miler. Slightly cooler than Thursday so a little more comfortable and not quite as sweaty. 4 other runners out and about.
Going to up my mileage again as 30ish miles a week isn't that much and I was doing 45-50 before my chest cough a couple of weeks ago.

Absolutely fantastic - long slow run only 8.25 miles but furthest I've been for ages. Ran with a good friend and we got totally soaked through in a real summer downpour and splashed by cars and lorries - love, love, loved it. :-)

12.28 miles for me this morning. It rained, the sun shone, then it rained again and again and again! I got thoroughly soaked but loved it.

Quite tough, Over The Edge Marathon, good climb early on and a lot of mud. Well organized in general, very friendly runners.
