Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Up before 4am for work and finished early at 10:15am so popped out for a gentle 5 miles @ 7:04min/mile pace. Seem to run slightly faster in training when it's hotter for some reason.

Todays run was fast for a training run (for me) with my considerably fitter friend who ran just a little bit faster than I normally would, so I tried to stay with him. Ended up working quite hard. Cracking.

6miles or so trail and tarmac to Ilkley and back. Felt better as we went along and considerably better than I expected! :-)

Fecking awesome. Nearly 8 miles of headtorch running through woods and along tracks. First ever headtorch run, absolutely loved it. Will be searching out headtorches races in the morning...
