Got home from work after a grim day followed by long staff meeting. Not in the mood to get changed and go out. Husbando: So, are you coming to the gym? Me: No, I'm knackered and have too much work to do Husbando: Oh, I'll go by myself then Me: Hang on, I'll go and get changed, run down and meet you (which is what we normally do)
Had a nice, easy 3 miler, lovely view of Venus and Neptune to the west and managed to glimpse Mars to the east!

Cracking club run, 8 and a bit miles, bit longer than the hour advertised though, good steady pace, cracking route that I wasn't familiar with. Foggy, hence we missed the turn that would have made it 6 miles. Quite a few people out, then a quick pint in Housmans after.

Ooh, Mrs BW: is that what those ridiculously bright things in the sky have been recently?! I figured one was a planet, didn't realise there were 2. Excellent school run run, feeling much better about life, the universe and everything now

Nice gentle paced 9 (hillyish) miles. Feeling much more chilled about the looming half marathon now
