Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My run was great, for two reasons first I have had back problems for the last few weeks but not a twinge today, and second I got a free hour at work so I ran round Regents Park which I hadn't done before and I like running in new places.

Had a LSR planned this morning but achy all over and feel dodgy so not a good idea trying it.

Wet. Two months barely running has had a major impact on what little speed I had as well (unsuprisingly I guess) :-(

Cardingmill Canter at Church Stretton, cracking, and went round quite quick for me, decended well, and didn't lose too many places on the climbs (like I usually do) so I'm happy with that :-)

Fecking awful. Felt crap from the start. Did some easy hill reps and then carried on and both calves just got tighter. Invented a new version of 'the stick' when I got home. It's called 'The Crappy Old Bike Pump'.

Works wonders.
