Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gosh golly, was it hard. The Mercia 'social' club run. 'Kin'ell, we did go up a few steep climbs, following the route of the Cardingmill Canter (1 pm Sat 3rd March) Though actually thoroughly enjoyable. stayed neer the back. :-)

5km worth of intervals on the treadmill = 9*200 1*400m. Enjoyed it and did a bit on the exercise bike after.

Similar to Steptoe. 6.78miles out in the Fens, lovely sunshine, lovely wildlife. Was planing to do about 10m pace but ended up at 9.33, very happy with that.

Great - and the sun is shining. Talked myself out of 5x1M intervals because of sore foot, and in to 5M easy instead. But 1/2M into the 5M easy foot was fine, and running well, so decided to ignore the watch and go for it and see what happened - 7:14 pace, which was only 4 s off what my intervals were supposed to be - so really pleased. Foot only seems to be sore when walking.

Way beyond 'cracking' route recce in daylight of the Cardingmilll Canter on saturday. Weather conditions absolutely perfect, beautiful sunshine and slight wind, climbs tough, but that's to be expected. From the tops the views were amazing, :-) :-)
