Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

4k tempo with warmup and warmdown jog either side. 21.27 for the 4k, quietly satisfied I'm going in the right direction.

Two runs yesterday. Short one to the local town to get some food. 2nd - up Helvellyn not too hard but carrying a lot of safety kit, ice axe, crampons etc, just in case. Had to put heavy wieght waterproof on before the snow line. Then further up put on overtrousers. This was not fast up or down. Those steps are a nightmare, and slippy in places. A slow run buy anyones standards.Kept stopping to take photos. Most enjoyable.

Had a fast run (against the wind) on Sunday, so Mondays 4.5m home at a steady pace was lovely, stars out, destress. Reminded me why I love running. Like this thread.

My run was fantastic - didnt want to go all day but after a bit of stress at work late this afternoon I decided to go out along the seafront for a 3 miler. Loved it, best run for ages and fastest time for me for ages too.
