Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Despite a serious dose of the CBAs I managed to drag myself out. Just over 4 miles in the freezing rain! :-)

11.5 miles along the river ... was ok even though i had to drag myself out of the house to do it, probably not good to have had lunch time beers :-(
I started off thinking "wow it's really cool so many people are put running tonight" by the end of the run i was thinking "bugger off runners you are all far too fast and fresh looking" :-)

5 miles of intervals today. .3mile sprints followed by .3 mile recoveries. Found it tough to sustain sprints for all of the .3miles - but that's the point I suppose.

It wasn't.....humph! My son isn't feeling well and I kept him off school so no run. It as supposed to be a hill session with the club as well which would have been tough - gutted :(

Good, hill sprints and intervals. Even felt the warmth of the sun in wind-sheltered spots.

I am most happy with todays effort. I put a little bit more effort in, a bit higher HR, and sort of went for it, going faster on the downhills, trying to maintain a speed across the flatish bits, and just keep going on the ups. All off road and very muddy in the forestry bits, and across the farms, and on the lanes, erm, actually the whole lot was muddy. Kit now covered in mud, it also rained, ah, a cracking run, :-)

HP - children are always a priority. Not running was the best investment in you.
