Metal Martin Jan 2012 1:21pm, 29 Jan 2012 1,635 posts	Quote Pin Metal Martin 10.4 miles today, first 6m with good lady wife. Tired legs today. First time I have ever run over 100 miles in a month, which probably explains why. Have a bit of a sore ankle today though. Probably deserve it!
