Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Bloody marvellous. New PB by 2 minutes @ Parkrun of 21:17. Felt great and comfortable. The 28 weeks of marathon training is paying off.

Ugh, I hate speedwork. First interval session in about 3 yrs, and it showed.

Longest run in months. 8.5 miles and loved it! slight grumble from achilles but kept the pace pretty slow so's not to aggravate it too much

Ran 2.5 miles to parkrun, came within 10 secs of a PB and then ran 2.5 home. Good 'un!

no' bad. First time for cross-country and it was XCellent. Thankyouverymuch.
Well, actually, the first lap was annoying with slowcoaches in the way. The next two plus extra bit were better. Glad I wasn't in the group that got sent the wrong way...
Or the 2 who were told to start with the fast pack. Then "no, go with the middles". After the middles had gone...

Just over five miles which is the longest ever. And I know it was early on a Sunday morning but I didn't see another pedestrian or cyclist anywhere: no other runners, no dog walkers, no walks of shame. Very odd.
