Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My first 10k today. TOOO HOT to be running a quick pace. Had to slow it down as I seriously felt like pulling out. Finished it though...38:48. Im pleased but could have done better I reckon.

Perfect. Paced a friend round the New Forest 10 and ended up with a PB for myself. Lovely day, lovely company, and lovely run.

A linear route, dropped off by OH on way home and did a semi hilly route home, saw no one, plenty of livestock, cracking run, but a bit longer than I wanted, and pace was slow, but started with a 3/4 mile climb.

quite shite, been used to running round the set aside at the edges of the fields, but now the grass is so long I can't even see the dog when it's just a few feet in front of me. It made for slow going, altered course several times before realising that I really wasn't in the mood for this, and just headed home, but the dog enjoyed it. Oh, well.

run was good, shame about the arrogant and selfish cyclists.
