A dandy 7 miles which included a 'bonk' after 4. Which was nice.

Great 11, especially after another c.r.a.p day at work. Started to feel it after 9.5, but considering how tired I was before I went (ill children earlier in the week and lack of willpower at turning the telly off in the evening) it went really well. I am not looking forward to the hilly bits cycling to work tomorrow though.
