Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Pretty good run today. 1 1/2 mile slow warm up then 5 x 1km all between 4.20 and 4.30 with 3 mins recovery between each one, then 1 1/2 mile slow jog home.

10 miles. Felt very good, and the hilly bits don't feel bad at present thanks to the marathon training. Bloody flies though! 16 tomorrow morning.

speedy jog to club, slow plod back...
Inbetween it was a cascade run, each mile getting faster. Crumbled after halfway....after slowing, got some speed back. Was gradually catching up but the 6 miles were over before I got there. No' bad though!

Gentle 6miler run to work carrying a heavy backpack and a short run home. Nice to just run slowly and take my time for a change!
