Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Really demoralising :( Chose a hilly route around the coast, beautiful day, but for some reason or other I found it really hard. The plan was 10 miles marathon pace, didn't help that my Garmin battery ran out at 4 and a half miles. Very Hard Work after that. I'm hoping it's down to too many races this last week or so. See how my long slow run goes tomorrow , might have to adjust my goals :(

Yup L-J, I'm feeling quite demoralised today too so I can sympathise. Intended to go on a long run today but ended up being a dreadful 5 mile plod. Can't win them all I guess!

Very gentle parkrun with #2 son, a PW for both of us, but we enjoyed it :)

A cracker, started out as a stress buster, got into it, really enjoyed it, and it worked as a stress buster :-)

Weather stunning, views stunning, saw two people (getting busy round here) on top of the hill taking pictures.

Now in cracking good mood :-)

Tremendous! 27.5k. Cooler temperature today meant that I could have gone for miles longer today. Got a soaking half way round and didn't care. I loved my run today. :-)

Better than it has been over this week ( 1 mile easy then 3 miles @ 7.15's then 1 mile Easy)
