Really demoralising Chose a hilly route around the coast, beautiful day, but for some reason or other I found it really hard. The plan was 10 miles marathon pace, didn't help that my Garmin battery ran out at 4 and a half miles. Very Hard Work after that. I'm hoping it's down to too many races this last week or so. See how my long slow run goes tomorrow , might have to adjust my goals

my run was somewhat ouchy as my legs were still hurting from a speed session on thursday night. BUt by the end they were alright. So overall a good run.

Yup L-J, I'm feeling quite demoralised today too so I can sympathise. Intended to go on a long run today but ended up being a dreadful 5 mile plod. Can't win them all I guess!

A cracker, started out as a stress buster, got into it, really enjoyed it, and it worked as a stress buster
Weather stunning, views stunning, saw two people (getting busy round here) on top of the hill taking pictures.
Now in cracking good mood

Tremendous! 27.5k. Cooler temperature today meant that I could have gone for miles longer today. Got a soaking half way round and didn't care. I loved my run today.
