Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It was great. 2 mile warm up followed by lots of sprinting for a pyramid speed session. Lovely jelly legs now. :) :) :)

An effort. Why? Well after a few beers, expensive cocktails and shots in Bath the night before it was always going to be an effort!

really, really hard work physically and mentally, heavy rain to begin with, drank too much last night, had a physically demanding week at work, trying to assist my darling beloved organise our wedding, cattle on the route that I haven't seen for some time so took a detour as not too sure about them. Luckily a good friend was able to motivate me to get out and plod round. felt like a school kid on cross country who wants to walk.

Happy to be out though :-)

visitor from australia - said he fancied a run in the morning so I took him out for a hilly and muddy 2.5m in the drizzle at 6am - not sure it is quite what he had in mind.
