Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A nice slow 10 miles well 9 miles and then I upped the pace for the last mile as I was starting to get cold. Really enjoyed it even with the wind and the rain :-)

bloody windy! Bah

managed 13 miles then walked back fighting the bloody wind [again] would have liked to have gone further but my legs weren't having it. I suspect Fridays Trail/X Country [when I'm not used to it], yesterday's supposed 'easy' [bloody wind!!!] being harder than anticipated had their part to play, need to try and get back to taking Sat as my rest day so I can run longer on the Sunday -

am now craving chocolate like nobodies business - I'm off to look for cake

6 crappy miles into the wind, turned and first 4 back were ok-ish, tightend up a bit on the last couple.
Looks like I'll be suffering a few more weeks of sloppy running till I get my legs back. Never will I take a month off again.
