Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Very nice. Went out with Southville RC who seem pretty nice. Went round Harbourside and so on. Some lovely views ;-)

long by recent standards, about 16 miles. First half fast and fun, including a parkrun lap. Got tired going along Blaydon races route (interesting to see an army tank displayed outside some works). Over Scotswood bridge and back on muddy trails by the Metrocentre. Rested for a minute before the last steep hill. I heart hills but also did 2 crap sprints, these need work.

As yesterday - misty & hilly.

Started clear, but descended into mist, before climbing into sunshine on other side of valley.

Then turned round, and did much the same on return.

my run was awesome tonight....it took my hubby a good kick to get me out the door. My legs weren't feeling all that great, but i'm feeling much better now. And i even put on a bit of speed to get back to fitness. :-)

Sorry to read that, Bez. Take it easy and I hope you're back at it soon.

My run was very relaxed, very easy and very drizzly.
