Nice 6 miles in under an hour. Not the fastest I've done but was into a head wind for most of the way, even on the return leg?! And I'm carrying a slight injury in my right knee, so I'm pleased

Very windy. Is it me or is the wind always against you, no matter which way you turn.

I thought it was meh! However upon looking at the data properly I can see how far I've come in the last year of training properly. 18 Months ago I would never have been able to run the pace I did today, my LSR's were 12mm..today I'm pissed off as they avg 10:23mm and I wanted sub 10 or there abouts. I'm moving in the right direction

Ow! Five miles today, 2.5 of them uphill (Cragg Road - there's a sign at the bottom announcing that it's the longest continuous uphill gradient in England) and into the wind and rain and the rest back down with it all at my back. Surprised that I managed to keep a fairly steady 9:30/mile-ish pace. Probably too fast really for what I'm trying to achieve which is stamina. Long run tomorrow - let's hope the wind/rain has gone away by then.

Max - you're right about looking how far you've come on - it's not much more than two years ago that I was running for one minute at a time. Five miles would have seemed impossibly far, now it's almost a short run. Be proud of what you've achieved!
