Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I was expectiing more today but think the 3 reggae reggae chicken legs, the rack of ribs, the Thai red curry, the Chicken satay, the large tub of ice cream, the big bag of maltesers and the beer I had last night may in some small way affected my athletic performance today................

sheet ice, skated over to the local footie pitch and slogged round until I had to admit- my colds not gone yet. Felt cr@p and came back for a nice warm bath despite having not run very far.

A good solid 7 miles in wonderful sunshine some of the time. Love the route we used and enjoyed the company. Luckily she is also my wife :-)

Out in the snow, running across a field and chased by a dog. The owner said she didn't see me ! I was dressed in black and I should have quoted Rafa Benitez at her:
"you couldn't see a priest on a mountain of sugar"

Had to be watchful as the layer of snow that fell in Aberdeenshire last night turned to hard, crunchy ice. Took it easy.

A bit like Repka. Took it easy due to a fair covering of snow but still 7 miles logged.

Felt tough initially into the wind, then I started to get into it. :-)

In the end turned an 11 mile planned LSR into 13.1 ...... paying for it now though! ;)

Hard. It was meant to be 12 miles , but I'm 9 days into the cold from hell and only managed 6.4 at run/walk :-( Never going to be ready for Brighton at this rate. Sob.
