Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Fenland Runner
13 'joyous' slow fat-burning miles, mainly trail, along the River Ouse or through muddy Fenland fields in gorgeous sunshine. :-)

Coughed up lots of 'nice' phlegm in first mile (thought i was going to actually throw up) so cut route to slow 4 miles. But first run of 2011 and I think for nearly a month so at least out there and doing it, if not perhaps enjoying it again - yet.

bad luck MM back pain sounds nasty - hope you are on the mend soon.

19 and a bit miles and very nearly went A over T at various places due to icy roads.
My longest ever continous run without a walkiing break (I started run/walking at 18 miles at VLM).
Am sore but happy today.

It's not a problem - it made me LOL. One of the reasons I run is to try and keep my BP down - because it's the thing that is most likely to cause renal failure.
