Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Another 10k on the treddie again this morning - another 18 seconds quicker than last night's treddie PB!
2 x 10K in 12 hours. Am well chuffed. Just need to get to be able to do 4 in 24 hours now before the end of the month.

Lovely 15 miles natter pace along riverside then into park, where I got attacked by thistles, nettles and mosquitos...loved the run but my legs resemble something out of a nasty movie;-)

11 miles, too warm and humid when not in the breeze, struggled today. White t-shirt had a red patch on one side of my chest when i was finished, OUCH.

MK Half. Aimed for 2hrs, did it in 2.02. Still beat my previous PB by 4 mins. Sorry to all those who bet on me, I nearly did it!

no bad - city, grass, posh villas, woodland trail, more city. Went longer than planned, the mixed scenery kept me interested :-)

Just measured my route from yesterday, was 8.49 miles. And i ran at a slower pace than normal and felt fantastic the whole way. I even said to my hubby if i ran at that pace i would contemplate full marathon!!! Currently training for half which is 8 weeks today! Ran yesterday at 9.47 average mile pace, very comfortable indeed. Althogh shall be hoping to beat last years half mara time of 2hrs12, so shall be cranking it up on the day!
