Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

triffic. Beach, pavement, though mostly woodland trail and finally on the running track.
Did it once as "Run For Bob", and would've won if there some signs or marshals... Ah well. Then did it again without the race pace. Good weather, good surroundings and plenty folks off the internet to talk to. Gd times.

Lovely. Tarmac, pavement, sand, woodland trail and running track. Good company and nice pacing. Plus refreshments and cake at the finish. Pretty much my idea of a perfect run.

Lot of a plodding pace today, with the dog (she kept running on way ahead) bit tired as on nights last night (and tonight) but still a nice run.

Nod bad today - did Felsted 10K and cracked the hour mark that I was aiming for, so chuffed today.

But warm towards the end though!

New Forest 10. As said elsewhere, lovely run somewhat marred by my pulling up at 8 miles and walking for half a mile.

Aw, mulbs, hope you're okay, falling's the pits. I had a nice 10 k run today and it didn't even feel as hot as the other recent runs I've done, but I was even slower than usual. Oh well! It's all about the fun for me anyway :)
