slightly quicker than normal... well into the 13mm now with a 13:22 pace tongiht for a mile. this was barely under 15 when i first started but felt really hard, felt like i had a lump in my neck, head dizzy etc! putting it down to dehydration and will try again in a bit!

the foot isnt sore now with the physio exercises, and have been keeping it to a mile. fed up of feeling useless. and the more im not running, the harder the thought of any upcoming races is. went tonight cos i wanted to and not because i told myself i had to - and focused on how i was landing with my feet and pushing off etc

Lovely 13 miles, half of which was along the canal - very warm. Glad to see the tow path is being kept clear, and some complementary words from some people in a barge spurred me on.
