A sunny, breezy day by the sea, and not to have run the Waterloo 15K MT would have been madness - so I did! Oh, and made it up to 13 miles with warm up/down from/to my house

Really tough 7 miles. Was meant to be 9, but just couldn't manage another 2.
I think I need new legs because these ones seem to be broke after doing nearly 27 miles at VLM...

enjoyable. Just outside Newcastle there's the Town Moor. Went up there just jogging random paths, or across the grass when I felt like it. Went up the hills, could see for miles and miles...the city, and even proper hills in the distance. Cheviots? Good couple of hours out. And the sun came out! (Sometimes)

9 miles on a breezy Dartmoor cycle track with Bompey. Bompets were on their bikes and kept tootling off and then waiting for us. Sat in the van having a coffee afterwards looking out over the moor. Perfection :0:0:0
