Rubbish - my leg hurts lots! It has been sore since the Edinburgh half marathon and now I have just run two miiles dead slow and it really hurts. Gonna have to have time off to let it sort itself. Think it is just a pulled muscle. TBW!

Didn't want to go for a run case of CBA but did go and feel great now, the river was lovely, lots of wildlife about and a few other runners to say hello to. Then ran up very steep road to sons school to collect him. Perfect.
Aw, poor JaneyM hope your leg gets better soon

I had CBA too - settled on easy 3 with dogs but added a bit to make 4 - glad I did now.

nice with a little bit more pace than usual, tryingto go a bit quicker. A bit pissed off cos kids being tw#ts all weekend, and haven't run for 4 days.

Great 6.5 mile trail run in forest with club, went though the pit of eternal stench for the first time and it lived up to its name !!! Pace was fast and some good hills as usual. me very happy now
